Artist's Comments

This is a project I did for digital art. I decided to make it into a Wallpaper. I like it a lot, i made it from scratch. These aren't images put together. This isn't the Earth either, its just a planet i made. I used 1 picture of some quartz rock for the texture of the planet and moons. This entire thing was made in Photoshop CS2. It was originally 10,000x10,000 Pixels so it was extremely high resolution. However, i don't think a bigger picture is necessary than the one i'm submitting. If you want a bigger picture just message me.

I hope you all like it, feel free to use it as a background. It took a long time to do, I was going for photo-realism. I hope it came out good. Leave comments!!!

I like it, its simple, though so, soothing, and thats what makes realism. Well in my mind at least! I hope to one day get there, though I cant use big resolutions (anything over 1024x780 px) or my computer gets laggy. I might be getting a MAC really soon, maybe this February during tax refund. I love this one though! Amazing you made the planet though. I just use dry sand, or dry cracked desert land.
